Michael O'Sullivan
I have been successfully selling and renting properties for over 20 years and I can honestly say that I absolutely love helping people achieve their dream move. When clients contact me, who may have been trying to move for a while with no success, there is nothing quite like the satisfaction felt securing a sale for them and it is simply a result of my extensive experience, determination and sheer hard work that enables this to happen. As I have been in the business for so long, I am able to use a mix of old school ideas with new style opportunities.
In the past, I have run a successful chain of independent estate agents and have worked for a couple of the large corporate brands. I decided to launch Coral James Estate Agents as I believe that the industry needs a more personal type of service where you can have immediate access to your very own highly experienced property professional from your very first call until that all-important completion day. I am very passionate about what I do and will happily always go the extra mile for each and every one of my clients.

I have worked in law firms for over 20 years in and around London and Lincolnshire. Since launching Coral James Estate Agents, I have found that I really prefer the more personal elements that running this business brings as well as being my own boss compared to working for a large, corporate environment.
I love meeting new clients and getting to know them by listening and understanding their individual requirements. My experience and understanding of the conveyancing process are extremely beneficial in the after sales aspect of moving. It has often been the case where I meet clients, not just before they go on the market or whilst they are viewing a property but also in their own homes after a sale or a purchase has been agreed. I will spend time with them if they need assistance with completing the often daunting, legal jargon and paperwork they receive from the solicitors. I believe it is very important to be there from the start and right through the whole property process for my clients to ensure a timely and successful completion for everyone.
